Fox news and CNN initially reported that it was struck down...I only wish I could have been a fly on the wall watching the collective euphoria of the right wing to only have the wind completely removed from their sails as they learned that the act was upheld! I'm sure in living rooms across the nation in GOP homes the initial cheering as it was erroneously announced must have been quite traumatic after it was corrected!

It was $1.85 or around there but that's largely due to the fact the economy was in the toilet. It's not like gas was at $1.85 a gallon because of great work from Bush.
