With everyone else ragging on Duncan for being 'soft', I stuck by the now three-time MVP, knowing that he would rise like a phoenix above the ashes and carry us to victory. I'm proud of myself and the determination, resolve and loyalty I showed.
What a year, what a year, what a year. So many ups and downs so many sleepless nights, so many fullsportpress vents, so many stressful close games, but it was all worth it.
Big ups to Duncan, Ginobili (we've officially found our second star), Bowen and Horry with honourable mention to Brent Barry. These guys did it all.
I'm very proud of this team today. Last night was a defining moment in this franchise's history and a night I for one will never forget. It was once again magical to see the greatest Spur of all time, David Robinson embracing his apprentice on a night that cemented Duncan's place in the annals of NBA history.
Congrats to the Pistons for competing right to the end- you guys are worthy opppoents and proved that last year's le was by no means a fluke.
Listen guys......you can't keep bumping old posts from the Finals. Don't you know how heart breaking it is for us Piston fans????
Damn you.![]()
