Maybe after a few more years of tanking for high draft picks they can get significantly better and be the Wizards.
by the time the Bobcats are good they won't have to worry about the Miami Heat, since all the Miami Heat players will be retired by then lol
Last year they lost the 1st overall for basketball reasons, but this year they are a lock.
