Reaching? ICE knew that the guys were foreign nationals and they weren't arrested. they were allowed to attend flight school. typical obama policy, dictating what ICE can do, protecting the illegals.

theres plenty of international students who come down here, live in the sticks of the country just to take pilot lessons
