    You mean this season? As far as I recall, they only have a minimum portion left from the MLE and minimum contracts to hand out. I believe they will only spend if they see a chance for improvement regarding Bonner and Blair, but given it will be like a 2nd bigman off the bench I believe they won't be spending that much. Of course a trade can always happen.

    Spurs can basically only offer minimum contracts to free agents.
