    This has been an issue in my county's library for years. I don't wish to police what people do in private places, but dammit... this is an open area with kids in it.

    Yeah. Seems like a no brainer. I would think if you were watching porn and a child walked by and saw it, you should be prosecuted under some kind of child molestation law.
