This was definitely surprising...you knew the usual suspects would be suffering uterine cramps tonight, but you weren't expecting him too. Not his finest hour, dets for sure.

adapt and overcome. It's not like this move puts the Lakers way above the Thunder and the Heat.
Not saying the Spurs have the same level of talent, but there are a load of things that need to come together for the Lakers in order to dominate and win a le.
Is the potential there? Yes...Emphatically. But they have to prove they can do it without Phil and come together as a team...Not something Kobe excels at

Lakerfan celebrated getting the best center in basketball, to which you got defensive, threw a tantrum, and said stupid, unfounded like "the lakers won't even make it to the wcf!" Not even Chris Broussard would say something that stupid. Now we're back at square one, where we try to figure out what would elicit such a stupid comment from you. Answer: emotional meltdown. Lakerfans were/are jubilant and you could do nothing but punch the wind.

While on the subject of emotional response: why call out Spurfan? I recall you lost to Dallas last year and OKC this year. Like I said in my original reply, Spur fan isn't your problem. You took that as a meltdown I suppose.
It's why I don't post up there, despite the fact that there are some really good posters.

Dwight has never committed to the game he plays professionally. Rational Laker fan will admit that.
However, the potential is there for a dominant inside/outside game, a pick n roll the likes of which hasn't been seen in a while.
In my humble eyes, it still doesn't put them head and shoulders above the other elite teams in the league... UNLESS Dwight commits to being not just a rebound/putback/block guy, but an all around behemoth.
