it's possible, but it could also lead to parity similar to NHL or maybe even NFL.
I have much respect for Kupchak, he's an amazing GM, but his job would be a lot harder if he wasn't able to outspend every other team. LA would still be very attractive location for free agents, but they couldn't field this all star .
Protip.... whatever the NHL's doing, do the exact opposite... that league is an absolute mess, heading for lockout #3 under Bettman, tbh...
