"I am assuming this is not legitimate and feel it is a scam. It is best to be cautious at all times and this appears to be a scam. If you open the email in Outlook and hove over the links you can see that it does not take you to any Microsoft Website, instead directs you to http://inubs.us/********** which is probably a malicious website. If Microsoft wants anyone to know anything you will know and you will know when it is legitimate.
