Mouse and Cosmored would disagree, but don't forget making it to the moon.
Drugs, sports and music....wow!!!!!!!!
Look at all the legendary bands we saw make their mark in that decade. The AFL came into existence in that decade as did the Dallas Cowboys. TV had all those westerns. Cassius Clay! We saw the first Superbowl, the first sub10.00, the first sub20.00, the first 29 foot long jump. Blacks playing football at Southern schools. So many things changed in that decade. So different than the 50's. Have we ever seen a more dramatic difference from one decade to the next? So many firsts. Who had ever heard of, Orange Wedge, Purple Wafer, Sunshine, Microdot, Green Barrell, prior to the 60's?
We all heard about this so there we were waiting.
The next day at school all the girls.."isn't Paul cute?" Inside a week we all had Beatle boots.

Yep, a moon trip how unlike anything else. So many things we saw for the first time. The music was so different than what we'd been listening to. The huge difference was in the rebellious a ude towards authority. Everyone was .. that...now it's going to be.............

im pretty sure those guys who had stepped on the moon each had a basic college degree at least tbh, that was an exciting moment really when neil made his first step on the surface of moon but it had hardly anything to do with the lives of guys who don't have college degrees and probably don't even know the very basic principles of how a rocket works imho
I've never seen anything as overrated as...he has a college degree.
Did you attend college?
66' may have been the best year of music to ever exist in human history
