Yeah, I've been watching this through the lens of the factory riots and vandalism of Panasonic and Toyota plants. Unsettling to say the least.

Executive summary:
A bunch of dinky islands with no inhabitants, but sitting on large amounts of hydrocarbons are the focal point between China and Japan.
Chinese nationalism and hatred towards Japan for its past war crimes (people are still dying to this day from the biological weapons used by the Japanese on Chinese populations), is being fueled and focused on Japan.
Nationalist Chinese zealots are moving fishing vessels to the area, Japan has coast guard cutters there already.
Hard liners in both countries are openly advocating for military action.

if you look at the china-vietnam problem over some islands again, both have claim its theirs, yet we dont know whose the original owner, so what does china do? goes and build a fkn admin office and claims its theres, put a few subs in the area to scare the vietnamese commie govt off....
i wonder whats TAIWANS take on this if a all out war breaks out, will they side with teh allies, or side with china and sell their american war equipments to the chinese....fkn
