425 gang member arrested for trying to kidnap a young boy

A 425-pound gang member in Southern California has been arrested on su ion of trying to kidnap a 10-year-old boy on his way to soccer practice.
Victor Joseph Espinoza, 55, lured the boy close enough to grab him Thursday afternoon at a park in Santa Ana, Calif., police said.
The victim was able to break free and ran to tell his coach and an adult cousin what happened.
