When do you think they'll announce the cap figure?

Usually they announce it on the 14th/15th. But since the moratorium period runs through July 22nd now, do you think we won't know it until then? I know the Spurs will be over the cap, but I'd still like to know the cap number, amount of the MLE, etc.

I read somewhere leading up to game 7 that the cap wouldn't be released until after the new agreement was signed on the 22nd.
