Korver doesn't defend the rim, rebound well nor block shots. He plays matador D. Why do the Spurs need to address their donut hole of a team with an addition like with Kyle Korver?

Why Kyle Korver? I'd much rather see someone like Demarcus Cousins on the team over Kyle Korver. If Cousins was on the team and proved that he can adjust to fit in the system(and change his at ude), then we'd be set. Of course they'd still need to work on improving defense. Also I'm sure if we got Cousins and all went well, that Dejuan Blair would not be on this team anymore(although I like Blair).

Suggestion: If you think someone would be a good fit for the Spurs, then provide some suggestions for potential trade scenarios. Certainly, the Spurs could use a LeBron or even a Chandler...but how would the Spurs accomplish such an acquisition?
Okay, I'll try, I wasn't really going for a trade, I was just saying I'd rather have him over Korver(I tried using the trade center, it keeps acting up for me).
Spurs - Demarcus Cousins
Magic - Tiago Splitter(or Bonner), Jimmer Fredette
Kings - J.J. Re , Dejuan Blair
Any better trades that you could suggest to get Cousins?

Lol, yeah that was a another reason I didn't want to suggest how the trade could happen. Although I doubt this subject would really get big.
so the kings would trade their franchise center on a rookie contract to get a more or less scrub sg when they already have thornton and evans to feed and a pf when they just drafted t-rob and already have another overpaid pf?
Of course not, I wasn't being serious when I put it together. I just went with whatever the trade machine would allow. I just put it together because he asked for a suggestion. Of course the entire trade would obviously never happen, point blank.
Forget bringing in more players, we already have to narrow down the roster. A backcourt with Parker, Manu, Green, Mills, De Colo, Neal, and Joseph is quite crowded. Kawhi and Jackson own the SF spot but Witherspoon is making a strong case. Then we have Duncan, Splitter, Diaw, and Bonner guaranteed to stay with Blair and Curry fighting for spots. I just named 16 players there. You can only have 13 on your active roster, with 2 inactives. And you want to bring in ANOTHER shooter?
Ideally we could unload Bonner in a package with Neal but that's unlikely
All that insight and only 12 posts?! Increible!
