Someone with a camera takes a photo, alters it, someone else finds it, and this is some official photo?
The official photo's I've seen have no such altering, and there are several online.

Did you by chance do an image search online of the event? Please show me where that photo is in some "official" material. Please notice how there is no link to where the photo came from...
obama has lied to the 350m american people on multiple occasions and i can't remember any time when he even told a pinch of truth tbh. im not a fan of romney either and im expecting an obama victory in november so don't get me wrong, just pointing out the fact that even if obama wins a second term in the white house, it doesn't mean he deserves to be there for another 4 years.
obama has been in power for ONLY 4 years and that's his main excuse for his inactivity, so he demands another 4yr term with the promises of improving the economy. when his 2nd term expires come 2016, he's gonna ask for another 4 years. the cons ution had already lost its power 4 years ago when he was first elected TBH
