the Celtics coaching staff has/had some good defensive intellect(Thibodeau as well), but their offensive coaches aren't special..Doc Rivers is strictly a motivator, tbh..

ray is still a borderline superstar yet he only takes half the size of mid-level salary from our payroll. the celts were ing fooling themselves to think the turtle head could be any sort of a replacement for ray allen tbh. they offered him twice the amount we offered but turned it down and joined us because he still wants to win some more rings before retiring
