    The Kings just won the Stanley Cup after firing their coach midseason, tbh... wouldn't be surprised if it's happened plenty more times in the NHL though, NHL coaches have the shortest leashes in sports...

    riley never went anywhere remote from our FO during SVG's tenure, or the tenure of anyone else including the current phili coach. riley has always been acting as the regent of the team imho
