Can we challenge the fine?

I apologize if my inquiry has already been addressed in another thread. Clearly, Stern doesn't like us and never has but now that the s hit the fan what are our options? Do you think our front office is going to just pay the fine and move on or look for legal advice? Can we do that, do we have that option? Can we take this to court?
