Wow there goes their season
Los Angeles Lakers guard Steve Blake will have laparoscopic surgery on Wednesday to repair a torn abdominal muscle, the team announced Monday.
Blake will be sidelined a minimum of six to eight more weeks.
Blake was diagnosed with an abdominal strain on Nov. 12 and has missed the past 10 games with the injury.
The Lakers are also without Steve Nash for at least 10 more days, and they'll now have to rely on Chris Duhon and Darius Morris for an extended stretch.
