I don't have the data or links at this moment but I think, other than the Spurs, the Jazz and Raptors...maybe the Mavs, have also done so.
The Spurs regularly play a backup lineup that consists of Patty Mills (Aus), Nando De Colo (France), Boris Diaw (France), Tiago Splitter (Brazil) and Manu Ginobili (Argentina), players that aren't from the States. Are the Spurs the only team in history to have done that? When was the last time a team played an all-international squad?

Lots on international players in the league now. Nothing special about it.
But a single team playing 5 international players at the same time?
If it's nothing special, you will have no problems providing us with an example, right?
To answer at the question, it isn't the first time an all international lineup was used.
For example, in 2010-2011, Raptors played with a Calderon/Barbosa/Kleiza/Peja/Bargnani lineup.
If the Spurs made a couple of trades and got Turiaf and Batum they could put the French National Team on the court.
I would rather have Seraphin, he is French too.
I was thinking around 2005 or so, didn't the Jazz do it? They had Carlos Arroyo, Raul Lopez, Gordan Giricek, Raja Bell, AK47, Mehmet Okur and Palacio. Seems like I remember them throwing a lineup out there versus the Spurs with some combination of 5 of those players.
