Wingstop and I also like the curly fries at Jack in the box. I can also eat a few baskets of fries at Red Robbin.

Braums are really good when they don't undercook them.

This isn't my answer, but Rally's is at least worth mentioning.
Also there's a place here called Fat Hen that has fries with truffle oil and Parmesan that are amazing.
In Austin my vote goes to both Hyde Park Bar & Grill & Hopdoddy.
Five Guys. Easily.
McDonald's and Wendy's have solid fries.... Five Guys... I also like the curly fries at Arby's...

Those are good, so are Contigo's. Probably my favorite in Austin but I did have Hopdoddy recently and liked it a lot.
Phoenix Saloon (New Braunfels)sweet potato wedges. You won't want factory fries any more.
Rally's/Checker's are the best fries I ever had.
