Not immediately, but it would definitely help.... as long as we keep this core together, I think the LA hoops scene will at least be 50/50 soon enough, especially since the Clippers are more exciting and more people can watch their games (since they're not on a third-rate network that no one gets)...
I mean like, will we start to see mass hordes, including a share of the movie stars divert away from the purple and piss to LA's former "JV" team...?

Yep. Happened when the Angels won the World Series. Overnight, bean3rs and celebrities alike were "die-hard" Angels fans.
I'd still put money on the Lakers winning it all sooner than I would the clipppers.
That's fair, Clippers still need to prove it in the playoffs... this time around, though, everyone has at least a year of playoff experience, so I'm more confident, tbh...

Not happening. Blake Griffin's a and we all know CP3's heart pumps koolaid (Jannero Pargo game, etc).
Won't happen but they are currently the better deeper team.
