is a graduate from spurs college so there's no doubt about his coaching ability and tactical knowledge, dude would've been an awesome assistant coach for a contender like the spurs but the job of head coach is apparently too big for him to handle when he's severely lacking in the ability of man management

Was never a big Avery fan. He'd be a good assistant coach though.
i forgot how y.h. has a mancrush on avery. The past couple days must have been devastating.
He must be somewhere dominating as the 18/10 PG that Avery says he turned him into.
