It's crazy how much better McGee is than Koufus or Mozgov, yet he barely plays. What an idiotic franchise to sign him to a big contract and then not play him.

Koufus is actually a really good player
hes a lot like splitter
more fundamental then flashy plays

McGee is still inconsistent and gets his stats vs bench players
but hes shown the ability to be a huge game changer
he was the reason the nuggs beat the grizzlies
altered almost every shot and blocked a lot of big ones

I have watched Koufus and IMO he's no where near Tiago Splitter. McGee is already more talented and a game changer. You don't pay a guy like him money and then not play him/develop him at all. Especially when he's shown he can play on the big stage. The fact Faried is there, you don't stifle a talented, top paid player because of it.

McGee has asthma so he cant play huge stretches of minutes
and in Denver air id imagine its worse

and Koufous isnt a pick and roll player like splitter but he knows how to get in good spots to score and hes a solid post defender
he wont jump at everything and stays grounded with his hands up and forces bad shots
if SA could get a guy like Koufous we could become true le threats
would be a great big to have off the bench
even a guy like mosgov or anthony randolph could help
