What can I say? We're just a very stacked squad. WE roll 10 deep and are loaded with crazy athleticism. Our defense is improved this year and I'm willing to bet we'll finish in top 10 this year in defensive efficiency. Although our outside shooting is definitely a concern, and our defensive rotations are lousy at times and we get burned from the 3-PT line, we have amazing depth, athleticism, and ball movement.
I've watched a lot of my boys this year. and I have a bet on this team winning more than 51 games.
They're not on pace now at 20-16, but with 28 of the final 46 games at home, I believe it can get done.
as for the Lakers... bad defensive team. Pau will be the scapegoat, but this team is just not good defensively. Look at the box score tonight and it looks like everyone played well, but they could't come up with the win. No team ranked in the 20s in defensive efficiency will win a championship, also the offense is good, not great.. high turnover team, gets to FT line a lot but low %. I see them going 47-35 or so and getting put out of their misery in the 1st round.
