-Didn't think it prudent to pursue younger, athletic wing players and develop them into a bench.
-Signed coach whose system is totally incompatible with the roster.
-Said coach is also notorious for running his players into the ground, which isn't the best thing for half a roster that's either injury prone or near retirement.
-Spent 34 million over the cap on said transactions.
