Yeah it's a travesty. The Army has dragged it's feet addressing this but it looks like they are finally being proactive.

mental health has been an issue for soldiers which's no secret. they're not celibates but have to live that way all year around, and they can't buy sex especially when they serve oversea, like in japan and korea because someone will pay these es to slander US by lying about the consensual sexual deal and acting like rape victims.

yeah, right, asshole. Military, even the ones NEVER DEPLOYED overseas, AND even the ones repatriated and with their wives and girlfriends, kill themselves because they can't get sex.

To be honest, the stigma of getting help for mental problems still exists... and considering that you can be ruled out of certain assignments if things show up in your record, it's only natural that some people resist getting help. It's a sticky situation for military leaders.

This and sexual assaults look to be the big talking point for 2013.
