Which teams have the MLE available...

Every team that is over the cap has the full MLE.

If you want to know how much salary each team has committed, it's right here courtesy of AHF. Keep in mind that the cap is estimated at ~$48M by most people.

You always get the MLE when you are over the cap.

You get the LLE every other year.

Ahh ok...I thought both were every other year.

That's good to know...that means we don't have to bring over Scola this summer with the MLE or lose him.

Correct. The Spurs will be over the cap next year and have the MLE again.

Just an FYI: if a team is, say, $3 million under the cap, they can get all the exceptions as if they were actually over the cap if they choose to.
