Dripping Springs Vodka is better.
Avoided till tonite but now ftw.
Dripping Springs Vodka is better.
Big fan of o's.
If you haven't tried Dripping Springs, I highly recommend it. It's actually distilled 20 times to o's 7. Pure and smooth as water.
funny that you mentioned it. i met some canadian guy and the first thing he asked me was about os and he had it once and that it was some sort of religious experience for him lol.
it's really novel because it's made from corn.![]()
I've tried Deep Eddy and it was good, but Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka is not nearly as smooth and delicious as Firefly. I really LOVE Firefly.![]()
Looks like I get to sample vodkas this weekend. WOOT!![]()
Pfffff, McCormick's all the way. Any booze with an Irish sounding name's got to be good.
that couldn't be further from the truth, I say spend a couple extra bucks and get the better stuff.
McCormicks = Varnish Remover.
Yeah, it's pretty terrible even by college party booze standards. You know something's bad when even the drunkest of alcoholic skanks my roomates would invite turned their noses up at it.
In truth I've had o's. Never been much of a vodka drinker but it's probably the best I can remember.
fify tb gfy
o's is good. It's not one of the vodkas in my regular rotation, but it's good.
X2........the more its distilled, the smoother it is. I had an asian vodka that was distilled so many times, it literally tasted like water. Thats why I was twisted for 2 solid days.
Heaven Hill is the straight up homeless gutter vodka. I think it was never distilled. Tastes like straight up paint thinner.
That sucks. I was at twin liquors and Dripping springs was pretty inexpensive so I assumed that it was cheap vodka. I ended up deciding to try Svedka. Because it was twin liquors, I bought two bottles. Svedka isn't bad, but it isn't good, I would have rather had Dripping Springs if it was that good.
Only if you are talking about whiskey. Also, don't buy liquor from a seasoning company.
I tried o's for the first time a few years ago. My buddy was in his last year of law school so we went to visit him in Houston. We stopped by a liquor store and were checking out the vodkas. This old dude told us to try out o's. It was like $20 for a 1.75er. I'm not a vodka drinker but I thought it was pretty good and since it was/is Texas made I usually go with it. It's more than doubled in price now though.
Screw that! I'll start drinking Stoli when they start catering to my tastes but for now there's no other way to get my drink on with a hint of dill and taragon.
I don't get this. What's the point of psying $20-$30 for a bottle of liquor that has no flavor? A nice bottle of tequila like Herradura or Don Julio reposado has a pretty distinctive flavor, and thus I can see why someone would spend $40-$60 on it. Or Grand Marnier which is ing awesome either to drink or cook with. But a vodka that tastes like water? I guess it's an improvement from any vodka I have ever had in that case, but still, why not just buy everclear if you want something neutral to get ed up on.
Everclear is about as neutral as liquid sandpapaer.
Have you tried the single distilled fajita seasoning?
Has he ever drank everclear?
Dump a shot into a bottle of any cheap swill beer and they neutralize each other and result in a pretty strong buzz![]()
That's it. I'm partying with Maalox.
