Not if she wins that lawsuit or gets a phat settlement. Mom can use that money to send the kid to a top notch private school to get a great education and house in a rich neighborhood. A good path lies ahead for these folks.

in america i dont think they have a cap on public liability how much u can sue, so might as well go with any figure

And people wonder why the police are no longer respected. Arrested on hearsay. that. This probably isn't it though. If the mother gets a smart laywer, they will sue the school too. After all, it had to be some school policy that allowed this injustice.
