    My wife's family is a bunch of bakers and cookers, but she's not. This was her first attempt at a 'creative' cake to surprise me for my birthday when I came today. She's not a huge basketball fan, mostly because I dominate the tv when the Spurs are on.

    Sorry for the new thread for it, but I was pretty damn proud of her and wanted to share it. If you don't like my thread, kiss my ass, but thanks for tuning in.

    It was good actually. Apparently cakes like that take fondate which you're supposed to take off before you eat because it's more of a decoration.
