That's what Parker just said on his radio show.

No surprise. Both will likely be out until after the ASB.

    Thanks for the update.

He also said that they would play if it was a playoff game.

Keeping Duncan out for three more games means Pop can sit him (maybe he can skip it?) for All Star Weekend, as well.

    Getting worried about Manu, however...

I'm assuming this means Parker himself will play...

I don't know what there is to worry about:

He also said that they would play if it was a playoff game.
That means the injury is not serious, and Pop is just using it as time to rest them. No big deal.

I took the same thing from that; then again, I doubt he would say if he was out.

    I have a feeling he's playing...

Do you think they're going to hold Duncan out of the ASG?

    Not surprising.

Hope it means Parker is playing tonight at least.

Is Manu too cheap to buy a coat on the RRT?

Not surprised. Although this game may be a bit tougher without them. The Bulls are a well coached and very disciplined team, especially on the defensive end.

If Tim also doesn't play against Cavs, he would end up with 14 minutes played in a 4 weeks span. That's a lot of rest which should allow him to be fresh for the playoffs.

Teams should be on even playing fields in terms of a schedule. Pop sat Duncan on purpose for the Heat fiasco in part as a middle finger to the NBA for giving the Heat days off and Spurs were on the 2nd of a back to back for a nationally televised game..

    Excellent.

I'd be fine with him making it 5+ weeks by missing the last 4 games of the RRT and resuming play with the first home game after the road trip.

Great. I`d like to see him as fresh as he was in November.

As much as I agree with this, I can only imagine how difficult it is to coordinate the league schedule then go back to make sure everything is "fair". I wish the league would shorten the season though.

He came out of the tunnel last night as they started the national anthem in his warmups. Why not wear your gear if they let 13 guys dress for the game (Duncan and CoJo being the ones not doing so)?
