Ohio State is way too high. After Texas beats them, Iowa will. Then Minnesota and/or Illinois, and finally Michigan.
Georgia and Fresno State are too low, and A&M and Minnesota should have been ranked instead of Georgia Tech and Pitt.

I think ND could bust lose. Darius Walker is the real deal. Question is, do they have a team around him ?
Texas is going to get the beat out of them by OSU.
Don't worry, they'll be out of the top 20 by game 5.
Feel the Quan.
U of M and Va Tech Way too low...Ohio St, however good, not that good!
probably good enough to give texas their 1st loss of the season and give hornfans a good start on their excuse making prior to the red river shootout.
OSU is THE threat this yr.
Watch as the UT haters unbunch their panties & start hurling insults.
I cant believe Iowa is above Michigan. Michigan destroyed them last year and are basically returning everybody except Braylon.
I can't believe that Michigan isn't the first Big 10 team mentioned in the poll. Losing Braylon won't be that bad, since they've got Breaston and Avant still hanging around. Henne and Hart should be better, but I understand that they think they're pretty deep at tailback this season. Most of that O-line is back, and that should make a big difference.
Michigan usually plays good defense, but a balanced offense should make the difference between 8-3 and something more like 10-1. I'd expect Michigan to win the Big 10.
Let all the Michigan Haters get their shots in now...We have a top 3 Qb and top 3 Rb coming in with the Deepest receiving core in the nation. I am not worried about our defense until we play Ohio St. I mean come on, everyone is ranking Iowa over us because of the two all american linebackers they have, and the incoming fresh they got on the O-Line this year. I am not worried

I took Iowa to win the big X.
Iowa is always overrated.
It never sucks being an Aggie fan.![]()
Michigan and A&M are too low, especially Michigan. OSU is the third best team in the Big 11.
POOR AGGY, if Franny does not come thru this year aggy will be pissed.
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
God it must suck to NEVER be able to beat your rival...Texas needs a BIG win this year in Norman to hush me up
I think most that know at least little something about UT football would admit aNm is UT's rival. A rival could be anyone on the schedule if you'd like to split hairs.beat your rival
For us it mostly depends on the QB situation. God knows whoever ends up starting (McCoy/Snead) will have plenty of offensive weapons to choose from. Out OL should still be one of the best in the country, and I could see us establishing a nice running game against a team like Ohio St. since they lose all starting LB's. We also have a deep WR core and I think our defense will be IMPROVED from last season. Bring it on!
This one is a little more accurate.
