Well I've been to multiple games in early March as that is when my birthday is and I've never noticed any...so it must not linger long.

“If you can handle the smell of a little manure, you can eat good,” Jackson said this week. “You’ve got to be able to take a little doo-doo.”

You beat me to it. The barnyard smells last for a while in the parking lots and on the walk in to the arena. It seems like they've gotten better at airing out the arena itself the last few years. Those first few years it was quite noticeable during that first post-RRT game.

I'm more concerned that the spurs play isn't that of horse ....so far, it's a toss up.
