Upstair spurfan is one of the worst kind of fan in sports.. up there with kobe nuthuggers
1. The Blind Homer Delusional SpurFan - Most of these can be found upstairs. I swear, I think most of the ones which fall into this category still have Tim Duncan and Manu posters hanging on their walls and look at them while jerking off. They are the worst and least intelligent fans. They become extremely defensive whenever anyone says anything badly about any Spurs player or coaching decision. They truly believe that the Spurs are the favorites to win the NBA le this year, and scream conspiracy theory after every single questionable call. In their minds, the Spurs are the most important and coolest thing in this world.
2. The Doom & Gloom Overreacting SpurFan - Oh my god, the Spurs just lost a regular season game. Blow the entire ing team up and rebuild. Bonner ing sucks, Manu is old, Parker is a soft, French got. Pop is a horrible ing coach.The Spurs could go 9-1 in any stretch, and these fans will focus on the 1 loss. We've all been to sporting events in our lives where they have that 1 fan sitting next to you, and they will sit there and and complain the entire game. The fans that fall into this category usually have issues that go beyond their ty fandom
3. The Level Headed Realistic SpurFan - These are the tolerable fans who usually deliver good basketball takes and understand that the Spurs have a good team with a few flaws that keep them from being elite. They are generally nice people who enjoy watching NBA games of all teams. They are some of the most intelligent NBA fans.

Number 3 reporting in. Although I'm not generally a nice person, especially to my favorite fanbase in all of sports: Lakers fans.
99.9% of fans on crutchfans.net should fall into category one imho, while fans of the 2nd category are the majority on this site tbh, who always want to carp on their team and some certain players (blair, neal) for no reasons.

I'm a hybrid tbh. Sometimes I'm emo about a loss, sometimes I just dont give a and most of the times I'm just in "oh well and meh" mode.

Admittedly, while I'm pretty handy with the written word, I think I'd find myself in a padded room if I had to emulate culburn's style for more than a few posts.
She never lifted the ban. I kept tryin' once or twice a month, but, she never relented. This is the only other one I had. When the din from the clamor that I return became a groundswell I decided to grant on the horde.

Agree with Grit and Grind tho, these guidelines represent most teams with bandwagoner a fourth kind for the large markets/contenders/up-and-coming teams.

2: spurs fans who want their team to win it all but know they can't
3: spurs fans who enjoy that their team is compe ive but know that they can't win it all: proper spurs fans
never emo about a loss tbh... if there is one thing I've learned over the stretch is pop couldn't give a about regular season and probably drops games just for the sake of it
