But since he's such a "warrior," I expect him to force his chucking ass back into the line-up after the Indiana game.

I hate Kobe as much as the next guy, but I'm not on board for cheering for injuries. When Duncan went down with the knee and it looked season ending, most Laker fans I saw didn't rub it in our faces. Though I'm sure there were some on here that might've that I missed...

My point-of-view is that injuries are part of the game, just like a missed shot or slam dunk, and should be similarly cheered, as long as they're not life-threatening or career ending.

, though this is more than likely season ending. Lakers aren't making the playoffs without Kobe.

    2004-05 Lakers season tbh.

Hovered around .500 after trading away an All-Star big man then went downhill after Kobe and another important player got hurt.

Honestly, it's Kobe. Just like when it's coming down to the end, that mother er will start making shots and will the Lakers back, I expect him to play through it and make it orse yet still play like a god after all, it's Kobe Bryant. Lucky for him, he'll only have to play for about a month then he can rest his ankle while he goes on vacation

Seriously though, I wouldn't be too concerned if I was a Lakers fan. The guy has a superhuman like ability to recover and play through pain (granted, most of his injuries are exaggerated, like the period where he had back spasms, which only seemed to flare up when the Lakers were getting their asses kicked), but Kobe is pretty in' durable, and I expect him to be back in less than a week.

As much as I loathe the Lakers and especially Kirby, I wouldn't wish a bad injury on any of them.... sorry about it, Lakerfan...

Severe ankle sprain (Not GOOD BUT) and X rays negative are a positive for him. He might miss a week or two knowing Kobe.
