At this point, there aren't too many options out there for a back up SF... I know Walton has had a history of injury problems, but last year was his first pain-free year in 4 years and he played well off the bench for the Cavs. He's the best passer by far available at his position (http://espn.go.com/nba/statistics/pl...small-forwards) and has a high BB IQ. I think for a minimum contract, he'd be a good end-of-bench/insurance type of player.
