Stick with me for a second. The Spurs never let people know about their personnel moves, unless there is a reason behind it.
Everyone knows we're talking to Portland about Rahim for Rasho. My theory? We've got the word out, now RC and Pop are sitting back and waiting to see what offers come their way.
Deep down, they know a starting caliber center is something about 2/3 of the league needs. So why not let it be known Rasho's available, and see what you can get?

No one's saying they won't trade him. Just me personally, I think talks of say, a SAR trade, are setting the bar too low.
