Currently? Durant obviously. Kobe overall career.
Durant hands down. Even though Kobe has been a beta on a majority of the Lakers le years, at least he thought he was the Alpha. That's gotta count for something. He so couldn't stand the notion that people thought we was a Beta that he ran Shaq out of town. On the flipside, Durant is such a Beta he is perfectly content with being a Beta while Westbrook is holding the team back. He was also fine with Harden closing games
Kobe's problem is he is TOO alpha, and it doesn't come off the right way that it did with guys like Michael, Bird, or Magic. He is your classic case of dishes it out but cant take it.

durant has been playing as a beta on his team. at least kobe has the ego and he always acts like an alpha no matter whether he sucks or not. an alpha would never defer to a frog mutant imho
