he has proven himself to be one of the Big East's top perimeter defenders. His length, lateral quickness, and activity level allow him to hold his own against most perimeter players at this level, point guards and wings alike. When he's dialed in, he shows potential not only to be a defensive stopper, but also to ignite the offense and start quite a few of his transition possessions off of a steal or a defensive rebound. Despite his lack of ideal size for the shooting guard position in the NBA, his defensive ability should allow him to earn minutes, should his scoring and offensive instincts develop accordingly.
