A good write up of him. He sounds like he could be a promising PG talent.

Second round Jazz pick Neto will play into Europe next season
This isn’t a surprise — when the Utah Jazz traded with Atlanta to grab point guard Brazilian point guard Raul Neto with the No. 47 pick in the last draft we said he’s a guy that could be stashed overseas a year or two while he develops.
Apparently that is what is going to happen, reports the Salt Lake Tribune, quoting the Brazilian site basekteria.com.
Neto, 21, averaged 8.5 points and 2.9 assists for Lagun Arco GBC in the Spanish League, he likely returns to that team for another year. He was a member of the Brazilian Olympic team in London. Our own Brett Pollakoff saw Neto at adidas Eurocamp and came away impressed with the young point guard.
“Neto did his damage as more of a scorer than a distributor, but it’s easy to see why he is a prospect teams will be keeping an eye on over the next year or two. His ability to create his own shot is to be valued, and he is able to cause havoc on the defensive end of the floor, as well.”
The Jazz picked Trey Burke to be their point guard of the future, but they will need good young depth behind him and Neto could be part of that answer down the line. Playing more in Europe may speed that development more than sitting on the Jazz bench.
