Both of them, and Vinny Del Negro for that matter, should be considered albino black coaches
McHale is the dumbest coach in the NBA and isn't even close(i've said it before)
Great players suck when they become coaches or GMs, for some reason.
Isiah Thomas sucked as a GM. McHale can't coach. Jordan is a failure of an owner.
coaches can be brilliant as short term measures but you never wanna build a dynasty under the direction of a coach. for example, byron scott did a brilliant job and won coach of the year in 09 if i remember correct, but he was sacked not too long after that.
