I tell you what. The best chicken fajitas you can cook are the pre-marinated ones from H-E-B. All white meat breasts, man those are pretty good!! Anyone tried those? Are the beef ones good too?

I make Italian meatloaf ... it just tastes like a big meatball, otherwise my kids wouldn't eat it either.![]()

now i just sprinkle some of the fiesta fajita seasoning on chicken. not too bad.
yea yea we do a meatloaf 1lb hamburger 1lb italian sausage
mix it up flatten the mix then wrap it around cheese top with sauce
bake about an hour at 350 damn it's GOOD
