I've heard tons of music, everything. I've heard the guy, nothing special at all. What did I miss, why am I not getting it?
Changes was wack and Hit Em Up he only had one verse. If we're going to include one-verse appearances, then Digital Underground's "Same Song" is Pac's best.

^ Can't believe Pac was just a backup singer for Digital Underground until this song, when he was far and away the most talented member of the group. Same Song is pretty much what launched his rap career.
