Interesting technology that can be used for electricity on our planet, with a VERY interesting implication for spacecraft and space exploration.
Oh yeah, a 14 year old thought of it.
Since Fukushima, the need for a re-think for nuclear has been really obvious, an this would fit the bill of something I could support.

Never put an Illinois politician in charge of the bureaucracy.
The kid is a good public speaker, too. Often, kids that are that intelligent at such a young age are socially awkward.
