portland, phily, toronto(okc), dallas, and utah. all have a slim, yet real, chance to win the lottery tonight. all also had an equally slim, yet real, chance at the playoffs this year. i have always wondered why those kinda "bubble" teams aren't swapping their 1sts at the deadline.

in 2k those bubble team 1sts are my prime targets in a low morale player dump. jackson & blair for marion, brand/beaubois, 1st?

not even necessarily a trade machine thread. could the fact that such prime deal making territory goes evidently undiscovered be, in fact, evidence? the evidence that the draft lottery is rigged, and teams that far on the lottery list simply won't win it. and all the gms know it.
