I'll give her props for having some idea of what her kid is doing online. I'd even applaud for turning things around and airing the dirty laundry on anyone sending pics to a 14 year old. However posting a video of you raving like a psycho and putting that where the whole world can see it is not the brightest move I've ever seen. Wouldn't put it past a pissed off teenager to have a friend hit her in the arm enough times to put some bruises on there and then go crying to a counselor or the cops or whoever about how her mom beats her when there's now a viral video of that mom vowing to beat her ass.
