Ask after game 3 of the NBA Finals.
Even if they beat the Spurs this year
Lebron cant carry Herpes and Diplodaucus Neck mother er for 6 more years
Riley is gonna have to bring in more starts tbh
This team maybe has 1 more le in them and that is a wrap..
Wade is past his prime and Bosh is just a pussy..
I'll declare them useless should they not win this year.
They all predict a ring, rarely are the right. I wouldn't hold Lebron to that statement. He's put them in the Finals 3 consecutive years (including this one).
Except the league is full of high/mid range players who would take a salary hit to play with Lebron and the chance for a ring. Wade and Bosh aren't the only game in town. There's Gasol, Chris Paul, Howard, ... a ton more.
Both, fwiw
The Pacers don't let them play. Stephenson and West are doing a good job guarding them.
Betta male fish can't be in the tanks with other betta male fish
miami had no foundation to build a long-lasting dynasty, to begin with. they just assembled a team consisting of superstars but based on no ground, and when their star players start to decline due to age/injury, the team will start falling down real fast. they may win 1 or 2 more rings than Boston (who won the 08' ring with a similar method) but that's only because the rest of the league is weak in general, and that Cuban had disbanded a team that ass-kicked them in 11
Eh, unless Bosh is unable to step his game up to legit 2nd option levels in the later years they're still in position for what 5~ straight NBA finals appearances? This wouldn't be a series if Bosh wasn't a ing gamma male.
Who's gonna stop them in the East other than the Pacers?
Rose
Hibbert with the series of his life
I mean they won't win that many straight, but that's still as much dynasty-esque longevity as any modern team. (Spurs not included)
sure superfriends will more than just one ring together, but winning 7-8 in the next 10 years would still sound just hilarious even if they were all 20 something years old now. spurs have an elite worldwide scouting system which enables them to recognize and dig out obscure yet underrated talents from the pool, and i believe that's a big reason to their durable success. Lakers got very lucky they had 2 of best 10 of all time players on their side which won them 3 rings in a row, and lucky again in 08 when Mr.Stern gave them Pau Gasol who was still in prime. but the heat have nothing like those imho.
In the case of Howard replacing Bosh we can evaluate the new pussies coming to Miami on a pussy by pussy basis..
I knew it at the time, but the big problem was overestimating Bosh's importance. It was never a Big 3. Maybe Big 2.5 at best. There are any number of bigs who would be a better fit for the Heat. It just so happened that Bosh was a "big free agent" that summer, and was smart enough to ingratiate himself with LeBron. Right now, doesn't it look like David West would've been a better fit...a guy who can actually score on the block? Or how about Tyson Chandler, a guy who can anchor an entire defense, rebound, and protect the rim. Without Birdman, Miami is scarily bad in the paint. An Bosh is doing nothing to help. It's disgraceful to even call him a big.
