Even when he does make a shot, the guy is such a liability. He should not be getting minutes at all. Kind of like that scrub Lance Stephenson that thinks hes 1337.

He hit a couple big hots last night. Even as bad as his defense is, (and it's really bad..), we need guys to hit shots this series. We can't beat Miami unless our role players knock down open looks.

Neal is pretty bad but I don't think Pop has an alternative option when giving the starters some rest.
Pop should reduce him to a spot-up shooter only. Make it clear that if he pulls up and shoots again that he'll be spending the rest of his career in Minnesota.

Neal can't play defense, his horrible defense alone gives up more points than he'll score even when he's hot.
The only gameplan needed for that is to not play Neal so much. He can't guard anybody.
yeah, i don't get Pop's insistence on using Neal, unless we need the scoring in a bad way. I really hope Pop figures out a better rotation, I'd love to see CoJo's energy and defense back out there.
