I think this series is just getting started. Although I'd love a sweep I don't think it will happen. I predicted Spurs in 6. This is how I think it will play out.
Game 2 - blowout win for Miami
Game 3 - blowout win for San Antonio
Game 4 - closely contested close win by Heat
Game 5 - OT win for Spurs
Game 6 - win for Spurs similar to game 1
Game 2- Spurs play a great game(shock Miami) and control the game from the tip to the buzzer. Win
Game 3- Spurs get down early, Spurs cut it to single digits, and slowly impose their will in second half. Win
Game 4- Miami controls the game. Spurs keep it close, but Miami pulls away by double digits. Loss
Game 5- Close the whole game, Spurs go up by 9-11 points in 4th and hang on and win by 5. Win. Championship.
Very optimistic prediction.
Spurs will win game 2, 4, 5. Miami will win a blowout in Game 3.
The series is still Miami's to lose. I'd like for the spurs to finish it out in 5 but that will require a lot of luck. The matchup is way too close to call either way. The spurs are just as likely to win with good team play as Miami is able to win with beast mode. And it's a 50-50 call each night for which will happen.
Pop should rest the big three, just to say a big fu to Stern.
wade is pretty much done so the Spurs are probably going to win the series in 5
